About the Draw
The Simcoe Lions Club is proud to host our 50/50 online raffle, supporting vital community projects across Simcoe, Ontario, and Norfolk County. Since 1931, our members have worked to serve the local area, and proceeds from every ticket sold go directly back into the community — funding initiatives like the Simcoe Lions Ball Park, Norfolk General Hospital, and local youth sports.
Our draws are conducted under AGCO lottery licensing guidelines (Licence # RAF1517936) to ensure a fair and transparent experience for all participants. Tickets are sold online through Rafflebox — a secure, trusted lottery platform. After purchasing, you’ll receive a receipt with your randomly assigned ticket numbers.
The winning ticket is selected by a Random Number Generation (RNG) system from all registered lottery numbers on the draw date. Winners are announced on our lottery page, our website, and on Facebook and Instagram.

Official Draw Rules
Simcoe Lions 50/50 Raffle Rules
Licence # RAF1517936- You must be a resident of Ontario, Canada and at least 18 years of age to purchase tickets. Residents outside of the Province of Ontario are not eligible.
- Tickets will be sold online using the Electronic Lottery System supplied by Rafflebox.
- After purchasing tickets, purchasers will be provided a receipt with their 50/50 Raffle registered numbers from a Random Selection System. No specific numbers can be given as numbers are generated randomly.
- The winning ticket numbers will be selected by a Random Number Generation (RNG) system from all lottery numbers sold for the draw, on the date and time specified.
- The jackpot amount (50% of the gross of overall ticket sales) will be determined based on the number and value of tickets purchased. This information will be updated in real time on the Rafflebox lottery page.
- Ticket prices: 1 for $10 · 4 for $20 · 20 for $50 · 100 for $100
- Ticket sales start at 12:00 am on Thursday January 1, 2026, and end at 7:00 pm on Tuesday June 30, 2026. The draw will be held at 7:30 pm in Simcoe, Ontario.
- The winning number will be announced on our lottery landing page, our website (simcoelions.com), and on Facebook and Instagram.
- The winner may claim their prize by contacting Simcoe Lions at lottery@simcoelions.com. Proper photo identification, name, address, and phone number will be required. The winner will be paid by cheque.
- The 50/50 winning ticket holder has six months to claim their prize from the draw date. The last day to claim is December 31, 2026.
- If no winner comes forward after six months, the winning cash amount will be donated to a beneficiary approved by the licensing authority.
- Early Bird Prize: $1,000 President’s Choice Gift Card — drawn April 30, 2026.
